Agenda for Business Meeting at SCS
- Discussion and approval of bylaws (15 mins)

- Update on/announcement of conference (5 mins)
- Other upcoming events: CAMWS, CAAS (10 mins)
- Slate of officers and outline of voting procedures (voting in March) – see below (20 mins)
Officers: we will provide a slate of candidates at the SCS meeting, for voting in March. The following offices are available – please do think of whether you would like to serve, and in what capacity, and also of others you might want to nominate. Please contact Laurel, lfulkerson@fsu.edu, BEFORE January 4th to (self-)nominate:
- 2 co-chairs,
- secretary,
- treasurer,
- asst treasurer,
- grad liaison,
- nttf liaison,
- membership/elections officer,
- and two financial trustees.
- (We will also be looking to add international liaisons over the year, so let us know if you’d like to serve in this capacity.)
